By adding Quality 360 to its portfolio, ServiceNow will empower manufacturers with AI
Quality 360, developed by Advania on the ServiceNow platform, enables manufacturers to proactively tackle quality issues throughout all production stages

Today's manufacturing landscape is characterised by its rapid pace and the inherent challenges in maintaining quality.

Organisations and their quality teams are dealing with several complexities such as advanced technology, shortened product lifecycles, global supply chain disruptions due to geopolitical factors, and the relentless drive to reduce costs.

On their own, these trends present significant hurdles. For instance, geopolitical issues have impacted 64% of global supply chains in the last two years, as reported by PwC. Moreover, the average product lifecycles have halved in the past decade, pushing manufacturers to frequently update and adjust their offerings. This rapid change often leads to unexpected quality issues.

To combat these challenges, a comprehensive approach is crucial. This includes implementing robust quality management systems, continuous workforce training and integrating advanced technology.

At this juncture, AI offers a significant edge, enhancing data-driven insights and performance in quality management.
