Adrian has joined Aston Martin as CEO, moving from his previous role as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bentley Motors. He brings more than twenty five years of successful senior automotive experience across the US, Europe, and Asia at brands such as Bentley, Volkswagen and Porsche.

Born in the UK, Adrian developed an early interest in automobiles. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University and an MBA from the University of Warwick, which laid the foundation for his career in the automotive sector.

Adrian’s career journey began at Porsche, where he held senior positions in sales and marketing. He later joined Bentley, contributing significantly to the brand’s resurgence as the global Director of Sales and Marketing. Adrian also held leadership roles at Jaguar Land Rover, leading product planning and international expansion initiatives. Before joining Aston Martin, he served as Global Brand Director at Jaguar, overseeing the successful launch of Jaguar’s first electric vehicle, the I-PACE.

At Aston Martin, Adrian has focused on aligning the company's vision with modern luxury trends, including sustainability, and has been instrumental in the company's push towards electric vehicles. His leadership has revitalised the brand, positioning it for long-term growth in the ultra-luxury segment.
