Raised in a small town with a strong work ethic, Creighton developed a passion for business and leadership early on. She pursued a degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada, before pursuing a career in the consumer goods industry.

Marlene began her professional journey at Unilever, holding key roles in sales and category management. Over the years she worked at a multitude of global manufacturers, including PepsiCo and Mars, where she built a reputation for delivering exceptional sales results, driving market share, and leading high-performing teams.

At Kraft Heinz, Marlene has focused on transforming the company’s sales capabilities, enhancing customer relationships, and driving growth through innovation and digital transformation.

Her dynamic leadership style and deep understanding of the consumer goods industry have made her a pivotal figure in the Kraft Heinz Company’s ongoing success in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
