Marlene began her professional journey at Unilever, holding key roles in sales and category management. Over the years she worked at a multitude of global manufacturers, including PepsiCo and Mars, where she built a reputation for delivering exceptional sales results, driving market share, and leading high-performing teams.

At Kraft Heinz, Marlene has focused on transforming the company’s sales capabilities, enhancing customer relationships, and driving growth through innovation and digital transformation.
