Executive Name: Michelle Peluso

Job From: Chief Customer and Experience Officer at CVS Health

Job To: Chief Executive Officer of Revlon Group

She comes to Revlon with deep global operational and strategic experience, having previously been Chief Customer and Experience Officer at CVS Health, where she oversaw the end-to-end consumer experience across all channels.

“It is an honour to lead Revlon and its collection of powerful brands at this important time in the Company’s history.” Michelle says.

This significant leadership change positions Peluso to guide Revlon through its next phase of growth following a challenging period that included a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing and a subsequent major restructuring in 2023.

She takes over from Elizabeth Smith, who served as interim CEO and will remain the company's Executive Chair to ensure a smooth transition.

Peluso brings an extensive background in retail, marketing, and digital transformation, having held prominent roles such as Executive Vice President and Chief Customer and Experience Officer at CVS Health.

Her previous experience includes serving as global Chief Marketing Officer at IBM and Citi, as well as CEO positions at Travelocity and Gilt.

Additionally, Peluso is on the board of directors for Nike, highlighting her deep expertise in consumer-focused and innovative strategies.

Revlon, known for iconic brands such as Elizabeth Arden, Almay, and Mitchum, and its fragrance licenses for names like Britney Spears and Elizabeth Taylor, views Peluso's appointment as a strategic move to enhance its global presence and appeal to a new generation of beauty consumers.

Peluso has expressed her enthusiasm for unlocking the growth potential of Revlon's brand portfolio, focusing on partnerships with retailers, suppliers, and distributors to meet evolving market demands.

The transition comes at a time when Revlon has shown signs of recovery and transformation under Smith’s leadership, including debt reduction and operational restructuring.

Peluso’s extensive digital and retail expertise is expected to play a critical role in expanding Revlon’s market share, enhancing its manufacturing strategy and helping the company adapt to the fast-evolving beauty and wellness industry
