Nestlé has announced Laurent Freixe as its new CEO, promoting him from his current position as Executive Vice President and CEO of Nestlé’s Zone Latin America.
In his new role he will drive Nestlé’s business strategy, shaping its manufacturing operations and product development as the company adapts to changing consumer preferences, sustainability concerns and the opportunities of digital innovation.
Laurent brings his extensive global business and management expertise to his position at the helm of the largest food manufacturer in the world.

Stefan Richmann
Job From BMW Group - Head of Corporate Strategy
Job To BMW Group - CEO of the MINI brand
Stefan Richmann is set to take over management of the BMW Group MINI brand, moving from his role as Head of Corporate Strategy.
With the rollout of the New MINI Family, the brand is at a high point in its 65-year history. Richmann, who began his career at BMW Group in 1997, is set to capitalise on this, increasing the digitalisation of products and services in addition to pursuing broader electrification.
Stefan takes over from Stefanie Wurst, who, since 2022, has successfully broadened MINI’s international target markets, digitised the brand's strategy and enhanced focus on electric mobility.
Naga Chandrasekaran
Job From Micron - SVP, Technology Development
Job To Intel - Chief Global Operations Officer, EVP and General Manager of the Intel Foundry Manufacturing & Supply Chain Organisation
Naga Chandrasekaran has been hired to succeed Keyvan Esfarjani as Chief Global Operations Officer, EVP and General Manager of the Intel Foundry Manufacturing & Supply Chain Organisation at Intel.
He will oversee Intel’s worldwide manufacturing operations with his deep experience across semiconductor manufacturing and R&D, handling process and equipment development, mask technology and device technology.
Passionate about digital transformation and manufacturing, Naga will bring his expertise and entrepreneurial mindset to this role by pursuing new forms of innovation.
An Intel newcomer, Naga has spent the last fifteen years in senior roles at Micron Technology, leading technology operations and process R&D.
Martin Hitchin
Job From REHAU UK&I - CEO
Job To BPF - Vice President
Martin Hitchin, who’s been REHAU’s Chief Executive for the UK and Ireland since 2007, has also been appointed the new Vice President of the British Plastics Federation (BPF).
Martin is a big supporter of the BPF’s call for greater sustainability and circularity throughout the plastics industry and manufacturing.
