He received his MBA in 2018 from Virginia Commonwealth University and has a B.S. in Marketing. His background in sales and marketing allows him to proactively identify, build and drive sales initiatives and communicate the vision and goals to the team to ensure clarity of Belden’s mission.

Sylvia Feng, Head of Global Solutions

Sylvia Feng leads the Global Solutions Team for Belden, who are a team of vertical experts that help discover and prioritize customer’s operational challenges, design, develop and launch network and data solutions to provide access to clean, unified, contextualized, analytics-ready OT and IT data and advance customer’s digital maturity. She is passionate about applying new technology and user-friendly designs to make our work simple, reliable and meaningful. She is an advocate for industrial customers and spent the past fifteen years in the manufacturing world making Lean Six Sigma improvements, developing, testing, launching, applying new products, and creating new solutions with ecosystem partners. Her experience in operations, engineering, field application, marketing, product management, platform build, edge and cloud integration ensures the quality, utility, ease-of-use, and ease-of-scale of Belden’s digitalization solutions.

Mike Fisher, Sr. Solution Architecture Manager

Mike Fisher has been deploying, supporting, and decommissioning automated industrial systems for nearly 20 years. With an honor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering and post-graduate degree in Environmental Applications, he has touched on almost every major industrial segment from automotive to mass-transit, & material handling to waste-treatment, plus many things in between. Now specializing in a collaborative, solution-based approach to machine-to-machine and machine-to-business communications, he leads the Belden Solution Architecture team and Customer Innovation Center Validation Labs in the Americas & EMEA.
