The executive reshuffle marks a strategic move towards enhancing Stellantisâs industrial capabilities, particularly by leveraging its existing human capital and operational excellence.

âWith the talent and passion of this team, we will harness our multiple strengths to make Stellantis one of the winners in this next era for our company and our industry.â
Engineering precision at the top
The appointment of Arnaud Deboeuf to continue leading manufacturing is a clear indication that Stellantis values experience in industrial execution.
Arnaud, who has been with Stellantis for over four years, brings a career grounded in engineering and international operations. He began his professional life at Renault in 1993 as a powertrain process engineer.
By 2002, he shifted into purchasing, taking on responsibility at Renault Samsung Motors in South Korea. This blend of process, programme and production experience makes him well-placed to lead manufacturing operations across Stellantisâ 14 brands.
Arnaud holds degrees from both Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris - two institutions known for producing high-level engineering talent.
Alongside manufacturing, the creation of a new supply chain leadership post strengthens Stellantisâ industrial backbone.
Scott Thiele steps into this position, unifying functions that were previously spread between planning and manufacturing. Scott has built his Stellantis profile in the North American region, serving as Senior Vice President of Commercial Performance, Cost and Supply Chain. His engineering background, including degrees from the University of Notre Dame and the University of Michigan, underpins his approach.
Sharing his excitement at the reshuffle on LinkedIn, Scott said: âAntonio brings an incredible level of energy, intensity and optimism to everything he touches.
âHe has a great understanding of the European, North American and South American markets. He also has a great deal of depth and experience on both the industrial and commercial side of the business.â
Technical leadership across product and purchasing
Ned Curic continues in his role leading product development and technology.
Since joining in 2021, he has been responsible for pushing Stellantisâ technical evolution, especially in digital areas, having previously led Amazonâs automotive industry initiatives.
Ned studied Informatics and Computer Science and holds an MBA from Pepperdine Universityâs George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management. With the pace of change in vehicle technology, his continued leadership aims to keep Stellantis at pace with digital innovation while staying rooted in solid development practices.
On the purchasing front, Monica Genovese steps up as Head of Purchasing, bringing continuity and depth.
She has worked at Stellantis for over four years and previously held global responsibilities for direct material purchasing. A graduate of Politecnico di Torino with a Masterâs in Electronic Engineering, Monicaâs appointment keeps the supply-side decisions close to those with technical expertise.
Human capital and continuity
Xavier Chéreau remains in charge of Human Resources and Sustainability. Having taken up the combined role in 2024, he continues to oversee employment policies, ESG practices and corporate heritage.
His academic foundation, a Masterâs degree in Human Resources from Sciences Po Parisâpositions him well for balancing operational demands with internal culture and policy obligations.
Antonio concludes: âAs we move into this next chapter of our Stellantis history, I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to Maxime Picat and to BĂ©atrice Foucher, for their notable contributions to Stellantis during their many years of dedicated service. We all wish them the best in their future endeavors.â
