Hyster-Yale Group appoints ICON for material solutions

Leading integrated truck manufacturer Hyster-Yale Group appoints ICON Equipment Solutions to handle material solutions in the Philippines

Leading integrated truck manufacturer Hyster-Yale Group has appointed ICON Equipment Solutions Philippines as the official leader for the company’s Hyster® material handling solutions in the Philippines.

These material handling solutions include Hyster-Yale’s iconic lift trucks and sophisticated telemetry systems that provide insights into operational performance. The organisation collaborates with automation providers to deliver enhanced solutions for using Automated Guided Vehicles.

Logistics solutions are in increasing demand in the Philippines. E-commerce giants are growing, expanding their warehouse operations and seeking support. While mining operations, evolving in size and scale, seek robust equipment to maintain streamlined operations.

Further enhancing material handling solutions in the region and fostering growth is the partnership between Hyster-Yale and ICON.

The strategic partnership, which combines Hyster-Yale’s technologies and ICON’s expertise, will also contribute to the Philippines' status as having one of the biggest automotive industries across Asia-Pacific, selling more than 440 thousand vehicles last year.
