Following the sell-out success of last year's conference, Tucana UK Ltd has announced London's QEII Centre as the venue for this year's People Analytics 2016.

The annual HR event has previously received wide ranging praise from both HR professionals and industry commentators, with this year set to follow in the footsteps of the last year's success. This April will see professionals and experts from around the globe converge on the QEII Centre for what is expected to be one of the most important HR analytics conferences on the European calendar.

People Analytics 2016 is a multi-track event designed specifically for professionals and executives across HR, OD, HRIS and analytics. The conference acts as a stage for the latest thinking in HR analytics, workforce planning and employee insight, by bringing together those looking to become more data-driven in decision making processes. Attendees are able to personalise their experience by choosing their own schedule from the three stages:

- Strategy stage -- for CXOs/VPs/Directors.

- Impact stage -- for Directors/Heads/Senior Specialists.

- Workshop -- for HRBPs, specialists, and discussions for all seniorities

Chair of the event and Global Director People Analytics Solutions at IBM, David Green, commented: “2016 is the year that will see a significant step forward, not only in the wider adoption of analytics within HR, but also the sophistication of the work that is being undertaken.”

The organisation behind the event, Tucana UK, is thrilled to have secured a prestigious panel of guest speakers from around the world, which includes a number of high-profile speakers from some of the world's most recognisable names such as LinkedIn, IBM, Nestle, GSK, Cicso, Twitter and Coca Cola.

Tracey Smith, President of Numerical Insights commented: "People Analytics 2015 was certainly the best HR Analytics conference I have attended, ever. A benchmark for other conferences."

People Analytics 2016 is set to run 27th - 28th April 2016 at the QEII Centre, London.
