Honeywell Establishes Automation Division in Uzbekistan

Honeywell, the global technology leader, has strengthened its presence in Uzbekistan with the establishment of a new legal entity to accelerate automation and digital transformation across key industries.

"This week, we celebrated this milestone at a special event attended by esteemed officials and valued customers.

"A heartfelt gratitude to H.E. U.S. Ambassador to Uzbekistan, Jonathan Henick, for graciously hosting us, along with H.E. Minister of Energy Jurabek Mirzamahmudov and other prominent leaders from the government and industry.

During the event, Honeywell reportedly reiterated its commitment to long-term collaboration with Uzbekistan’s government and industrial sectors.

The company’s main areas of focus include digital transformation in oil and gas, petrochemicals, mining and metallurgy.

Honeywell also according to Uygar announced plans to expand its engineering infrastructure in Uzbekistan by establishing a new Global Engineering Centre (GEC) within its recently opened Tashkent office.
