Steven Ford has joined Rockwell Automation, the world’s largest industrial automation company as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer. In this role, he will execute a holistic cybersecurity strategy designed to enhance the security and resiliency of Rockwell's enterprise ecosystem. 

Steven has extensive experience with IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations. He previously worked as Vice President of Global Security at the pharmaceutical distributor McKesson Corporation, overseeing and maintaining their security engineering architecture. He’s held IT infrastructure and leadership roles at HP, the Baylor College of Medicine and The University of Texas Health Science Center, managing their cybersecurity nee

Job To: Chief Product Officer at SugarCRM 

SugarCRM, an AI-driven sales automation platform, has appointed Paul Farrell as Chief Product Officer.

Farrell will lead their product marketing and management, drawing from more than three decades of experience delivering industry solutions in the manufacturing sector. He’s served in leadership roles at well-known technology providers Epicor, Netsuite, and Oracle.

Job To: CEO and President of Hexcel 

Hexel, a global manufacturer, has appointed Tom Gentile as their new CEO and President. 

Gentile has experience transforming technology-focused businesses in financial services, healthcare, and aviation. From 2016 to 2023 he served as CEO of Spirit AeroSystems and has held GE leadership roles across America, France, and Australia.
