At the GTC 2025 conference, TCS and NVIDIA unveiled several innovative solutions designed to transform manufacturing operations:

  • TCS manufacturing AI for industrials

This offering utilises large language models (LLMs) to convert raw data into actionable insights, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency. Unlike general-purpose LLMs, this solution is fine-tuned with TCS's extensive manufacturing expertise, ensuring it accurately addresses industry-specific challenges.

  • Factory of the future

Leveraging NVIDIA Omniverse, this digital twin solution enables real-time factory planning, monitoring and predictive maintenance within a virtual environment. By simulating various scenarios, manufacturers can reduce downtime, optimise production processes and accelerate time-to-market for new products.

These solutions exemplify how the fusion of AI and simulation technologies can lead to smarter, more efficient manufacturing operations.

"Manufacturers can now achieve unprecedented accuracy and access the tacit knowledge to optimise their operations, improve decision-making, and drive impactful innovation," adds Anupam Singhal, President – Manufacturing, TCS.

"This is possible with TCS' Manufacturing AI for Industrials offering, which leverages NVIDIA technology to harness the power of LLMs (large language models) and is fine-tuned with TCS' deep manufacturing industry expertise.

"TCS is committed to providing manufacturing enterprises with the transformative AI solutions they need to make them future-ready and lead the charge toward a smarter, more sustainable future.”

Advancements in AI chips & data centres

NVIDIA's advancements in AI and networking technologies play a pivotal role in supporting the development of future-ready factories.

At GTC 2025, NVIDIA introduced new AI chips, including the Blackwell Ultra and Vera Rubin, which offer enhanced capabilities for processing complex AI workloads.

These chips are designed to meet the growing demands of AI-driven applications in manufacturing, enabling faster and more accurate data processing.
