“I’m impressed with the simplicity in ProGlove’s solution. I look forward to emphasising the data value proposition and designing the next generation of wearable scanner solutions.”

Mikaelsson will take on the role of product creation at ProGlove, a Munich-based machinery manufacturer founded in 2014. ProGlove’s hardware and software products increase productivity and safety across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and retail.

“Pierre not only has the technological and engineering skill set we were looking for but also brings the leadership experience we need to manage our internationally diverse team,” says Stefan Lampa, CEO of ProGlove. “This will be critical for driving innovation, meeting the needs of our global customers, and addressing the challenges of our complex industry.”

Mikaelsson previously worked at Kuka and ABB. He has a Master of Science degree from Chalmers University of Technology and also studied Mechanical Engineering at Mid Sweden University from 1992 to 1994. He is a Board Member at Fastems, a Tampere-based automation machinery manufacturer.

Coolbrook is an engineering company focusing on the electrification and decarbonisation of heavy industry.

Jones joins Immerse from pharmaceutical manufacturer AstraZeneca. Jones holds an MBA in Senior Leadership from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge.

Job From: Vice President at PostProcess Technologies

Job To: Vice President of Product at L2L

Caplow is now L2L’s Vice President of Product. L2L supports manufacturers in their digital transformation.

Caplow has previously held product leadership positions at ThingWorx at PTC and Maximo at IBM.

Job To: Head of Design at Exotec

Esquerre-Pourtere will support 170 engineers as they develop innovative robotics technology.
