What inspired you to get involved with Manufacturing and Mobility LIVE?
Manufacturing and Mobility LIVE is a perfect opportunity to bring AI-driven marketing strategies to the forefront of the manufacturing industry.
Manufacturing has historically excelled at integrating AI into operational aspects like product development and supply chain management, but the shift toward a consumer-focused, AI-enhanced marketing approach is still emerging.
OneMagnify is committed to driving that shift by helping brands personalise experiences and connect more deeply with their audiences. By presenting at this event, we can empower manufacturers to unlock new dimensions of customer engagement, positioning them to compete in today’s evolving B2B landscape.
Provide us with an overview of what your keynote ‘Unlocking AI for Marketing in Manufacturing’ will focus on.
My keynote will center on harnessing AI to elevate customer experiences specifically within the manufacturing sector. We’ll explore how to apply machine learning for ‘just in time’ marketing, AI-enhanced media planning, computer vision in creative proofing and generative AI to optimise content creation.
The presentation will include practical, real-world examples of how AI technologies—such as machine learning, computer vision and custom GPTs—can streamline and personalise customer interactions.
By showing how these tools can translate into meaningful, data-driven customer experiences, our session aims to bridge the gap between traditional manufacturing operations and modern customer engagement strategies.
What do you hope to achieve through our event?
Our goal at this event is to inspire manufacturers to integrate AI more fully into their marketing strategies, enabling them to better connect with customers in meaningful and measurable ways.
We aim to demystify AI for B2B marketing, moving beyond operational efficiencies to demonstrate how these technologies can drive brand loyalty and deeper engagement.
Ultimately, we hope to equip attendees with actionable insights that will help them take the first steps—or the next steps—toward building a consumer-centric, AI-powered marketing strategy that aligns with their operational excellence.
What emerging trends do you believe will shape the future of the manufacturing and mobility industries over the next decade?
Several key trends are set to transform the manufacturing and mobility industries. First, AI-driven personalisation will become integral to B2B engagement, with advanced machine learning techniques enabling manufacturers to deliver ‘just in time’ marketing that responds directly to customers’ needs.
Another trend is the rise of computer vision for process and product visualisation, enhancing everything from creative proofing to quality assurance.
Finally, generative AI, especially through tools like custom GPTs, will continue to evolve, enabling manufacturers to keep a pulse on customer sentiment and develop dynamic focus groups that provide ongoing feedback.
Collectively, these trends will propel manufacturing toward a future that’s as customer-centric as it is operationally efficient, redefining the industry’s approach to customer experience.
